Podle\u00a0Eurostat<\/a>, V \u0158ecku vzrostla m\u00edra kou\u0159en\u00ed z 381 TP4T v roce 2015 na 411 TP4T v roce 2021, zat\u00edmco v mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch zem\u00edch EU m\u00edra kou\u0159en\u00ed klesala. To je v ostr\u00e9m kontrastu se \u0160v\u00e9dskem, kde m\u00edra kou\u0159en\u00ed prudce klesla a nyn\u00ed je na pokraji dosa\u017een\u00ed neku\u0159\u00e1ck\u00e9 zem\u011b.<\/p>\n

Nicm\u00e9n\u011b je tu i pozitivn\u00ed str\u00e1nka v\u011bci. Od roku 2019, kdy \u0158ecko ofici\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ijalo sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod jako z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pil\u00ed\u0159 sv\u00e9 politiky kontroly tab\u00e1ku, se zemi poda\u0159ilo zvr\u00e1tit d\u0159\u00edve rostouc\u00ed trend kou\u0159en\u00ed. M\u00edra kou\u0159en\u00ed nyn\u00ed klesla na 36%. To je pozoruhodn\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stagnac\u00ed nebo dokonce poklesem, kter\u00fd byl zaznamen\u00e1n jinde v EU.<\/p>\n

Navzdory tomuto pokroku nyn\u00ed \u0158ecko zva\u017euje z\u00e1kaz p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed pro vaping. To je velmi chybn\u00fd krok. Data z \u0158ecka v\u0161ak toto tvrzen\u00ed jednodu\u0161e nepodporuj\u00ed. 98% v\u0161ech spot\u0159ebitel\u016f nikotinu v \u0158ecku za\u010dalo s cigaretami. Pouze 1% za\u010dalo s vapingem, s\u00e1\u010dky nebo zah\u0159\u00edvan\u00fdm tab\u00e1kem. Tv\u016frci politik se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na nespr\u00e1vn\u00fd produkt.<\/p>\n

V\u00fdzkum opakovan\u011b ukazuje, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edchut\u011b hraj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v pomoci ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016fm p\u0159estat kou\u0159it. Sedm zem\u00ed EU (D\u00e1nsko, Estonsko, Finsko, Ma\u010farsko, Litva, Nizozemsko a Slovinsko) ji\u017e schv\u00e1lilo z\u00e1kony zakazuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edchut\u011b elektronick\u00fdch cigaret. \u0160pan\u011blsko a Belgie tak\u00e9 zva\u017euj\u00ed podobn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Celkov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup EU ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem tak\u00e9 selh\u00e1v\u00e1. C\u00edlem EU je dos\u00e1hnout m\u00edry kou\u0159en\u00ed na \u00farovni 5% do roku 2040, ale sou\u010dasn\u00fd trend je takov\u00fd, \u017ee m\u00edra klesne pod 5% a\u017e do roku 2100 \u2013 tedy o cel\u00fdch 60 let pozd\u011bji, op\u011bt podle Eurostatu. \u0160v\u00e9dsko mezit\u00edm p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky a zem\u011b je na pokraji \u00fapln\u00e9ho odcizen\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n
